Submissions

Abstracts and full papers must be written in English. Oral and poster presentations must be done in English as well.

The papers will be published as follows:

  • Abstracts book, with ISBN (MESIC 2023 Abstracts Book).
  • Online publication of the Conference Proceedings in: Key Engineering Materials (ISSN 1662-9795, Trans Tech Publications Ltd), Advances in Science and Technology (ISSN 1662-0356, Trans Tech Publications Ltd).

All the papers published in Key Engineering Materials (KEM) and Advances in Science and Technology (AST) will be peer reviewed by members of the MESIC 2023 Scientific Committee


The procedure to submit the papers for the MESIC 2023 will be carried out in two phases:
Phase 1: Proposals of works shall be presented by means of an abstract.
Phase 2: Initially accepted proposals must be drafted extensively and undergo a peer review process for final acceptance.
Phase 3: Works may be presented orally or by means of a poster. Accepted abstract without full paper contribution could be also invited to be presented in the Conference.

  1. Create an account on the platform by clicking
  2. Login on the created account and click on "Submit Abstract(s)" under the "Submissions" block
  3. Follow the steps to complete the submission.

Steps to submit a paper - DEADLINE EXPIRED

  1. Log on to www.scientific.net and select the Author role at the top of the screen.
  2. Download the template available on the AUTHOR HOME page. The size of each paper is expected to be 6-10 pages (MIN 6 pages and MAX 10 pages).
  3. Follow the instructions and complete the checklist on the SUBMIT PAPER page to upload your new or revised paper. While submitting the paper, be sure to also add all the required information.

In order to have a maximum of 2 papers published (KEM/AST) at least 1 FULL DELEGATE registration fee has to be paid.
